Despite the existence of various solutions, they only provide a modest 20% improvement in sleep quality, underscoring the need for a more effective, user-centered intervention that can address both issues in a comprehensive, accessible way.
Sleep Deprivation: Reports of sleep deprivation have surged by 60% in the past five years, highlighting the growing severity of the problem.
Stress-Related Health Issues: Stress-related health concerns have increased by 40%, contributing to a 30% drop in workplace productivity.

Competitive Analysis
Examined leading wellness apps and platforms to identify industry best practices in sleep and stress management. This analysis revealed key opportunities for enhancing user experience and addressing gaps in current solutions, such as the need for personalization and effective stress management features.

Design Thinking Methodology
The Design Thinking Process was implemented by first empathizing with users through maps and journey maps, then defining pain points and creating guiding statements. Ideas were generated and prioritized using the NUF framework. Prototypes were developed, tested with users, and refined for usability and design. Finally, usability testing validated solutions before implementation.

Monitor and track sleep and stress patterns with actionable insights.
